I typically see clients for about 20 weekly sessions. After that length of treatment, research has shown that clients often experience diminishing returns in terms of therapy helpfulness. Depending on presenting difficulties, treatment plans may be shorter or longer in duration.

Yes, my practice is predominantly online.

I am not enrolled in any insurance panels, but do I provide clients with a superbill each month that they can submit to their insurance company for any out-of-network benefits to which they may be entitled.
